Reward doubled in cold case murders of Williamson and Rucker

On February 27, 2003, Williamson and her four-year-old son Xavier were found dead inside their house on Tilston Drive in the city’s west end. Williamson was found beaten to death in the home’s basement, while Xavier’s body was discovered in the bathroom on the main floor.

The Windsor Police Service and Windsor Police Services Board have doubled the reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or people responsible for the murders of Debilleanne (Dee Dee) Williamson and Brandon (Xavier) Rucker.

Today, on the 20th anniversary of these horrific homicides, we have increased the reward from $20,000 to $40,000 for information that will enable us to bring the killer or killers to justice.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Major Crimes Unit at 519-255-6700, ext. 4830. If you wish to stay anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477 (TIPS) or online at www.catchcrooks.com
