Family Plea and Reward Increase in Active Homicide Investigation

The Windsor Police Service Major Crime Branch continues to actively investigate the 2018 murder of Jerome Allen.

It has been two years now since the disappearance of Jerome Allen. The Windsor Police Service is convinced that this matter remains a homicide investigation.

Recently the Windsor Police Services Board approved the doubling of the reward offered in this active investigation.

$10,000 reward is now in effect for any information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of the parties responsible for the murder of Jerome Allen.

Case Information:

  • Homicide victim identified as Jerome Allen (born March 14, 1989) - height 6'4", weight 179 lbs

  • Had been living in the Windsor area at the time of his disappearance

  • Jerome Allen was known to have ties to the Windsor Area and the Greater Toronto Area

  • Jerome Allen was last seen in the early morning hours of October 20, 2018 in the west-side of Windsor

  • A search warrant was executed at a residence located in the 3400 block of Cross Street in relation to the investigation

  • His body has not yet been recovered

 Somebody has information as to what happened to Jerome Allen. Somebody knows where his body is located - and somebody knows who is responsible.
