Robbery with a Firearm Investigation
The Windsor PoliceMajor Crime Unit is seeking any information in relation to a robbery with a firearm investigation.
On Friday, April 9, 2021, patrol officers responded to a convenience store located in the 4600 block of Seminole Street for a report of an armed robbery.
Two suspects entered the store at around 5:45 am and began taking items from the store. One of the suspects was seen with a firearm, described as a silver revolver. Through investigation, it is believed the suspects fled on foot, however investigators believe there is a potential that a getaway vehicle may have been waiting in the area.
No physical injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
Investigators are also seeking assistance locating two potential witnesses. During the incident a male entered the store and his presence is believed to have caused the suspects to flee the area. A second person in a white Cadillac, possibly pumping gas at the time of the incident, may have witnessed the suspects as they were fleeing. The Major Crime Unit is asking both potential witnesses to please come forward as they may have information that could greatly assist with the investigation.
Suspect one is described as a male white, stocky build, wearing a black hooded sweater with a stripe on the shoulder, black pants, wearing a black and white bandana with sun glasses, gloves and carrying a silver revolver style handgun.
Suspect two is described as medium build, wearing a black hooded winter jacket, black pants, full black facemask. gloves and black shoes.

The Major Crime Unit is actively investigating this incident and seeking any information that may assist. Anyone in the area with video surveillance cameras is asked to checked their footage for possible evidence. Checking footage for suspicious persons and vehicles both prior to and after the incident is requested.
