Windsor Police Investigate Vehicle Arson

On Wednesday, April 28th, 2021, Windsor Police patrol officers responded to a vehicle fire in the 1200 block of Richmond Street.

Investigators determined that a white Chevrolet utility van was deliberately set on fire.

The Arson Unit is actively investigating and are asking residents and businesses to check their surveillance for any possible evidence, suspicious persons or vehicles, between the hours of 2:30AM and 3:15AM.
