Major Crime Branch Assault Investigation

On Friday March 13, 2020, at approximately 11:30 pm, Windsor Police patrol officers responded to the area of Tecumseh Road East and Howard Avenue for a report of an injured person.

Upon arrival, officers located a male youth with injuries who appeared to have been assaulted.  The youth was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  

Through investigation, it is believed an assault against the youth occurred at a residence in the 2200 block of Howard Avenue.   

More than one suspect is believed to be involved in the assault of the youth.

The Major Crime Branch continues to investigate and is seeking any information in relation to this incident and the identities of the suspects.
